An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Business Manager to join a rapidly expanding international division of a leading UK FMCG company. This newly created role is crucial to our success in the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and offers a unique blend of start-up energy with big-brand capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth and strategy across the DACH region, focusing on both existing and new product categories
* Manage and grow relationships with in-market distributors, establishing new partnerships where necessary
* Develop and execute joint annual plans with customers, ensuring proper implementation of pricing structures
* Deliver sales, spend, and profit targets aligned with company objectives
* Contribute to the wider European strategy and execution
* Manage all systems, processes, and housekeeping related to your accounts
The Ideal Candidate:
* Fluency in German and English
* Experience in Sales/Account Management/Business Development within branded FMCG businesses
* Direct experience managing distributors and a strong understanding of the German market
* Financial acumen, including the ability to assess value chains and analyse sales data
* Comfort working independently while collaborating with a wider team
* Willingness to travel monthly to bimonthly within the DACH region
Location:
Home-based with regular travel to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
Package:
£60,000 - £70,000 + £Cash Car Allowance + Bonus + Bens
