Your new role
You will undertake teaching responsibilities aligned with the school day, planning accordingly for your classes in line with curriculum expectations. You must quickly build strong bonds and engage students creatively and proactively. Maintaining high personal and professional standards is essential, along with engaging with the school calendar as needed. Enthusiasm and energy are required, particularly within EYFS, KS1, and KS2 frameworks. You will also track and monitor student progress as required by your school.
What you'll need to succeed
* QTS status or experience as a Teaching Assistant
* Knowledge of EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curricula
* An enthusiastic and fun approach to teaching
* Ability to develop good working relationships with staff and students
* References from your placement and university
* DBS check on the update service (preferred)
* Recent classroom experience within the last 2 years
