The Opportunity
This is a key role within a growing regional Corporate Tax team. You’ll work with a prestigious client portfolio, ranging from large multinational corporations to mid-tier businesses across a variety of industries. The role offers a unique blend of corporate tax advisory and compliance, allowing you to develop well-rounded expertise while supporting businesses in managing their UK and international tax affairs.

What You’ll Do
1. Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients, acting as the key relationship manager for their day-to-day tax affairs.
2. Deliver high-quality corporate tax advisory services, helping clients navigate the evolving UK and international tax landscape.
3. Oversee corporation tax compliance, tax accounting, and reporting, ensuring seamless service delivery.
4. Identify new opportunities to solve client challenges, working closely with internal specialists across tax, legal, and accounting functions.
5. Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
6. Stay ahead of legislative and regulatory changes, advising clients on risk management and compliance best practices.
7. Support business development efforts through networking, referrals, and client relationship management.
What our client is Looking For
✅ Extensive experience in UK corporate tax, ideally within a professional services firm or in-house tax team.
✅ Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance and advisory, with an interest in tax technology and automation.
✅ Proven ability to build strong client relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
✅ Experience leading and managing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
✅ A collaborative and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅ A professional qualification such as CA. ACA, ACCA or CTA (or equivalent experience).
