As they enter a phase of significant planned growth, targeting key sectors, with a commercial focus they are looking for a Specification Sales Manager to join their sales team.

The successful candidate will focus on engaging MEP Consultants, Cost Consultants, Architects, and Developers to service the growing interest in the company's sustainable terminal air conditioning devices.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Market Development: Identify key drivers for target audience groups, establish messaging, and maintain high-level relationships through face-to-face meetings and technical presentations.
Sales Pipeline Management: Own and maintain deal cards within the HubSpot CRM, ensuring project teams have accurate data at every stage from design to commissioning.
Commercial Support: Provide budget and full quotes to PQSs and contractors during tender processes, and up-sell architectural and ancillary products to increase order value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and R&D to provide market feedback, update technical documentation, and assist with fulfilment planning.
About You
Our client is looking for a proactive, self-motivated professional who is excited by the prospect of growing alongside a scaling business.
Essential Experience & Skills:
Technical Sales: Minimum of 2-4 years in technical HVAC sales.
Market Knowledge: Proven experience in the comfort cooling market (offices, residential, or hotels) and high-specification product sales.
Consultant Engagement: A track record of engaging MEP consultants with value-add products and achieving annual sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in discussing hydronic systems and FCUs, alongside proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (HubSpot and Odoo are advantageous).
