Reporting directly to the Divisional Health and Safety Manager, you’ll travel to sites across the South, championing safety standards and working closely with on-site teams to deliver meaningful change.
What you’ll be doing as Health and Safety Advisor:
Provide expert and competent advice to Health and Safety enquiries on site
Carry out audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
Create reports for management on site safety performance
Conduct incident investigations where required to identify root causes and preventative measures
Maintain positive relationships with staff to help promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
Assist in the delivery of the company’s Health and Safety roadmap We’d love to hear from you if you have:
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
Full UK driving licence
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with staff at all levels across multiple sites
