Commercial Executive – Travel

Hybrid- Folkestone (3 days a week in the office)
We’re looking for an analytical, detail-driven Commercial Executive to join our Travel team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the accurate implementation of pricing, alongside promotional setup and inventory management across our travel products, ensuring everything we bring to market is commercially effective and customer-focused.
This is a hands-on role with exposure to pricing, revenue management, and cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to build a broad commercial skillset. There is genuine scope for the role to grow and evolve, offering opportunities to develop your skills and experience over time.
This position would suit someone analytical, confident working with data and Excel, takes ownership, and communicates effectively with internal teams and external customers.
* This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone office a minimum of 3 times a week. We have designated office space for colleagues in our Travel business, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a function.
Role Responsibility
1. Manage the setup and accuracy of promotional content, including pricing, messaging, and terms & conditions across all channels
2. Collaborate with Marketing and Studio teams to deliver campaigns in line with agreed deadlines
3. Own and communicate pricing information to internal and external stakeholders
4. Monitor and manage inventory across hotels and flights, including capacity adjustments where needed
5. Identify opportunities to optimise revenue, contributing to pricing and margin decisions
6. Produce regular reports and insights on inventory and performance using internal systems
7. Conduct competitor analysis and support broader commercial strategy and decision-making
The Ideal Candidate
You will have some experience working with data or numbers in a commercial or analytical environment, with an understanding of how to use information to support decision-making.
You’ll be comfortable working with detail, spotting trends, and maintaining accuracy, and bring a proactive, self-sufficient approach; able to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers.
8. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
9. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
10. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
11. Numerate and analytical, with good Excel skills and the ability to interpret trends and data
12. Commercially aware, with a customer-focused mindset
13. Experience in a travel or commercial environment is preferred
14. Familiarity with reservation, content management, or revenue systems (e.g. Tigerbay, Taurus, or similar) is advantageous
15. A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
