We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our flagship M&S site in Bradford. You'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, quality, and cost for your area and team, through the development of people, processes, facilities, and deployment of best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse in your area, leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve challenging targets.
2. Ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimize resources and efficiencies.
3. Maintain good understanding of Health & Safety, ensuring all operational processes are fully compliant with policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating findings.
4. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to understand customer and company requirements, incorporating them into planning, reporting, activities, and projects.
Candidate Requirements:
* A proven track record at team leader level within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Ability to effectively lead, develop, and manage a team, while identifying areas for development and recognizing success.
* Excellent people skills, as our workforce is our greatest asset.
* Ability to investigate and report findings, engaging with all levels within the site.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily working Monday to Friday, 22:00 - 06:00. Salary up to £34,000 per annum, plus a 15% night shift allowance.
