Procurement Manager, Global Procurement Organization - India Operations

As part of the GPO team, this position focuses on ensuring smooth material flow to new and expanding locations by actively monitoring and addressing supply chain risks. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and suppliers to coordinate timely ordering and delivery of necessary items and equipment to various sites.
Acting as a program manager, this role will work alongside the RME team across INOPS to develop, evaluate, and enhance processes specifically for the R&M category. The primary objective is to drive continuous improvement in material management and supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Overseeing material flow to new and expanding sites
2. Identifying and mitigating potential supply risks
3. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
4. Ensuring just-in-time delivery of equipment and materials
5. Developing and refining processes for the R&M category
6. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain management
This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for process optimization.
