Hours: Full-time/Part-time

What You’ll Do:
✨ Support teachers in delivering engaging, tailored lessons to students with SEMH needs
✨ Build trusting relationships that foster confidence and resilience
✨ Assist in creating a calm, positive classroom environment
✨ Support students with their emotional regulation and social skills
✨ Contribute to a supportive team dedicated to student wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
Experience working with children or young people (1-2 years minimum)
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, resilient attitude
Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
