CRM Manager
We have an exciting opportunity available for a CRM Manager to join our growing team at Montirex, an outdoor sportswear brand based in Liverpool. We are looking for someone who is data-driven to oversee the ideation, planning and execution of our global CRM strategy. You will work closely with the performance marketing team and report directly to the Head of E-commerce.
Main roles and Responsibilities:
* Management of our global CRM strategy across email and SMS in alignment with business objectives.
* Executing plans to optimise customer lifetime value, enhance retention and boost acquisition.
* Analyse performance data and campaign results to continuously optimise and improve segmentation, messaging, creative, and overall performance.
* Conduct testing strategies including A/B tests to continuously improve email campaign and flow/automation performance.
* Create highly engaging and personalised email campaigns with an emphasis on testing and learning to optimise future results.
* Oversee the development of a customer lifecycle journey, identifying touchpoints, opportunities, and strategies at each stage.
* Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, measuring against KPIs and benchmarks.
* Work with trading, product and the wider marketing team on the planning and execution of product launches.
* Lead the launch of our customer loyalty scheme.
Requirements, skills and experience:
* 3+ years’ experience in a CRM role.
* Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms and tools (experience using Klaviyo is highly desirable).
* Strong ability to analyse data and convert insights into actions.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
* Experience using Triple Whale (desirable).

* Full-time, Permanent.
