About the Position: Join our global Digital Technology & Data team in a pivotal role as Senior IT Project Manager/Project Management Lead. Directly reporting to the Director of the Office of the CIO & PMO, you'll lead our IT Project Managers in delivering an ambitious portfolio of projects. In this leadership position, you'll not only guide the team but also personally drive one or more of our strategic projects to success. Role Purpose: You will be at the helm of our IT Project Management community, committed to excellence in project management practices and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities: Foster a strong community of project managers, ensuring adherence to the highest project management standards. Champion the continuous improvement of our Project Management methodology, integrating emerging best practices. Spearhead the learning and development program for the project management community, ensuring skills are up-to-date and aligned with our cloud-always strategy. What Does It Take to Be Successful in This Role? A minimum of 10 years' experience in IT/Business transformation project management, with a robust understanding of cloud environments. Proficiency in delivering complex, global IT projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Experience with ERP (SAP) implementations, IT infrastructure, and technology project delivery in a cloud-first context. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including CxO. What's Next?
