Salary: £25,000 - 25,000 per year Requirements: IT graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of corporate IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Azure AVD, Windows Server (2019/2022), Active Directory, and VOIP systems Experience with service desk tools such as Zendesk or equivalent, and ITIL-aligned support processes Hands on experience with end user hardware setup, configuration, and maintenance Strong focus on delivering high quality user support, including for Executive and VIP stakeholders Highly organised with excellent time management skills Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented with resilience under pressure Responsibilities: Deliver first line technical assistance via telephone and email, ensuring IT issues are logged and documented Provide regular updates on ticket progress to manage user expectations Maintain a responsive support service that consistently delivers positive user experiences Diagnose and resolve technical issues using remote tools and hands-on support Oversee service desk workloads, allocating unattended tickets and maintaining records Support internal office moves and desk setups, installing and configuring IT equipment Carry out structured cabling tasks and manage network patching requirements Oversee tracking, control, and upkeep of IT assets and inventory Support the delivery of application and infrastructure initiatives in wider IT projects Technologies: Active Directory Azure Hardware Support ITIL Microsoft 365 Network Windows Zendesk Office 365 Cloud More: We are a dynamic company based in Chelmsford offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join our growing IT team.
