Responsibilities
* Look after the scheme at Reeve Court in Guildford on a Visiting Scheme Manager basis.
* Prioritise and manage your own workload independently with a "can do" attitude.
* Support residents in maintaining their well‑being and independence in a varied, customer‑facing role.
* Work as a lone worker with support from the Regional Manager and Head Office Team, along with a Training and Support Assistant.
* Organise repairs and maintenance of communal areas and understand the structure of the property.
* Oversee contractors on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening and window cleaning.
* Communicate effectively to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors and clients.
* Be the first point of contact for resident complaints, leasehold enquiries or property alterations and advise with empathy for typically 60+ residents.
Requirements / Skills
* Good standard of IT knowledge and understanding; able to use applications such as Outlook and Word.
* Ability to travel across the region as required.
