What’s The Opportunity
This opportunity will suit an experienced individual who is looking to progress their career, and who has a desire and ability to help further grow our business whilst working in a supportive team within the Winchester office. The role will allow the individual independence to lead and manage exciting projects as well as opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers on high-profile projects. Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager is required, experience within the Healthcare, Education, Defence, and/or Maritime sectors would be an advantage. Alongside the delivery of projects, this is also an opportunity to use and further develop leadership skills in a young and energetic team.
Responsibilities
* Autonomy for project delivery of all project stages, supported by a multidisciplinary business
* Developing and managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
* Identifying strategies and solutions that deliver successful outcomes for our projects and clients
* Identifying opportunities to innovate our services, through technology or processes
* Raising Ridge’s profile and brand within the construction industry and region through service excellence and networking
* Demonstrating leadership qualities to our colleagues, clients and delivery partners
