Overview
* Join a well established and respected Property Litigation team.
* Act for a broad client base including landlords, tenants, housing providers and organisations.
* Handle a varied caseload covering:
* Adverse possession claims
* Restrictive covenant disputes
* Dilapidations
* Property condition disputes
* Mixed use and residential property litigation
* Provide advice to colleagues on complex residential property issues arising in transactional matters.
* Work within a team with a strong focus on housing management, occupation and use of residential property.
* Applications welcomed from NQ solicitors up to 4 years' PQE.
* Experience in housing management and residential landlord and tenant matters is essential.
* Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
* Strong grounding in property disputes and a proactive, solutions‑driven approach.
* Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
