You will be dealing with a strong pipeline of highly quality work and be in receipt of the support of the experienced partners who are committed to development. The role will be varied and cover all aspects of corporate and commercial including demergers, joint ventures, corporate restructures, M&A, commercial contracts and corporate governance issues. THE CANDIDATE: You will have at least 5 years PQE in handling your own caseload of corporate commercial matters and be looking for a supportive and encouraging environment where you will see your career flourish. As the appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor you will be building long-term client relationships and ensuring an exceptional service is delivered.
