Responsibilities: As an Audio Visual Service Engineer, you will provide field-based service and support to our clients, working both independently and as part of a service team. Your role involves servicing and supporting audio-visual, video conferencing, pro audio, and control equipment. You will be responsible for the safe and correct diagnosis of faults, removal, repair, testing, implementation, and operation of all aspects of audio-visual, video conferencing, display, and presentation technologies. Your duties will include carrying out preventative maintenance visits and conducting training sessions for end users when required during these visits. You will also be responsible for post-implementation fault finding, testing, and repair of audio-visual equipment across various job sites and client types. Onsite work will take up approximately 80% of your time, while the remaining 20% will involve providing phone/email technical support, completing post-job and preventative maintenance reports, and engaging in product research and development for client requirements.
