Our full-service legal client is looking for an experienced and motivated Legal Administrator to provide comprehensive support to their Private Client team in Dunblane. What you’ll do Draft and prepare correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation Handle incoming calls, take messages, and assist clients visiting the office Manage diaries and schedule appointments Maintain and organize files (both physical and electronic) using client management software Open and close files, ensuring documents are sent to the central depository for storage Assist with Anti-Money Laundering checks using designated systems What you’ll need Proven experience as a legal secretary within a legal environment, including document production Excellent communication skills with a professional approach to clients, partners, and colleagues Fast and accurate audio and copy typing Proficiency in email communication Strong knowledge of track changes and mail merge Confident in using office equipment (photocopiers, scanners, etc.) Competent in Excel, including spreadsheets and mail merge Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from all levels of legal staff, from partners to trainees Pleasant telephone manner and ability to assist clients with queries Fluency in Italian is an advantage but not essential What you’ll receive Excellent salary and benefit package Hybrid working conditions What’s next?
