Talentius is working with an incredible recruitment agency looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants for their headquarters in Bristol. They are located in the heart of Bristol city centre in a stunning modern office.
This is an opportunity to be trained by experienced Directors, Top Billers with years of experience and true market experts. You will be taught the whole recruitment life cycle so by the end of the training program you are confident and skilled.

The role:
Candidate acquisition - Build relationships with candidates within your niche market. Qualify what is important to them and what they are looking for from a potential move.
Managing interview processes - Guiding candidates through the interview process, arrange interviews, take feedback and deal with pay negotiations.
Client acquisition - Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
Become a market expert - Attend industry events, meet your customers face-to-face, take the time to learn more.
The Requirements:
