About the Role
Shape the future of AI in the Norwegian language by training and fine-tuning AI models to generate accurate and relevant Norwegian content. This role offers flexible scheduling and a significant impact on AI development for Norwegian language applications.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
1. Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Norwegian, improving accuracy and relevance.
2. Problem Solving: Offer step-by-step solutions and explanations for complex Norwegian language problems, including punctuation, spelling, grammar, and creative writing.
3. Red Teaming: Identify biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, designing tests to ensure reliable outputs.
4. Flexible Hours: Create your own working schedule based on project needs.
About You
* Enrolled in or completed an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
* Fluent in Norwegian and possess excellent English writing skills.
* Strong writing style with critical evaluation skills for text quality.
* Professional experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
* Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Additional Information: This is a freelance, hourly-paid position. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country; sponsorship is not available. International students with valid visas may apply after consulting with a legal advisor. Compensation varies by location and experience. The typical hourly rate range is $15–$150 USD.
