The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-established and growing team. This is an excellent role for a Solicitor looking to progress their career while working on complex, high-quality matters within a supportive and collegiate environment. Key Responsibilities Managing medical negligence cases from initial instruction through to post-settlement Screening new enquiries and assessing prospects of success Reviewing medical records, preparing chronologies and gathering evidence Instructing counsel and medical experts Advising clients on funding options, risk and case strategy Supporting senior colleagues and providing cover where required Advising on related matters including complaints, inquests and access to medical records Delivering a sensitive and professional service to vulnerable clients, including elderly and disabled individuals Abot You Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales Approximately 2 years' PQE in Medical Negligence Demonstrates the ability to manage matters with a good level of autonomy Strong client care, communication and relationship-building skills Well organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities A collaborative team player who maintains high professional and ethical standards What's on Offer?
