The agency
We're Alumi, a small specialist digital agency founded in 2023. We focus on SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
Right now we're a team of three: two directors and an account manager/project manager. We work closely together, so everyone plays a big part in shaping the work we deliver. As an agency, we work across multiple clients and industries, so you'll need to enjoy switching between different brands, budgets, and goals.

The role
We're looking for a
performance-led Paid Media Specialist
who doesn't just manage campaigns but actively seeks to improve them. You'll dig into the data, look beyond "seasonality" answers, and uncover what's really driving results.
You'll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook. We'll expect you to think beyond the dashboard, critically assessing landing pages, user journeys, and the full ad experience to make smart recommendations.
This role could suit someone with agency experience who's looking for part-time stability, a freelancer who wants guaranteed hours each week, or a parent seeking a flexible role.
Duties will include (but aren't limited to):
* Building, managing, and optimising campaigns across
Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta
* Analysing campaign performance with a problem-solving mindset, asking why and digging deeper
* Reviewing landing pages and user journeys to spot conversion blockers and opportunities
* Creating and testing ad copy and variations
* Monitoring spend and optimising towards ROI and CPA targets
* Sharing insights and recommendations with directors and the wider team
* Staying on top of industry changes and platform updates
Skill requirements
* 2–4+ years of PPC or paid media experience (agency background preferred)
* Proven track record of managing e-commerce and lead-gen campaigns
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads
* Performance-driven mindset, comfortable explaining results and suggesting actions
* Analytical and curious, you'll explore the why behind the data
* Able to look beyond the dashboard at the whole user experience
* Reliable and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
* Open to feedback, proactive, and keen to keep learning
We don't require you to have a degree or a formal digital marketing qualification, but experience and a desire to grow are both essential.
