Role Overview
Our client is a Premium homeware /textiles brand and now looking to recruit an experienced
PR, Influencer & Collaborations Manager is responsible for building, managing, and elevating the brand’s external voice and relationships across both UK and USA markets, spanning press, influencers, stylists, partners, and cultural collaborators. This role owns both agency liaison and direct relationship building, ensuring the brand is represented consistently, credibly, and proactively across earned and partnership channels in both geographies.
Beyond coordinating agency outputs, this role actively develops first-hand relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, and creators, attends brand and industry events, and nurtures long-term connections that translate into meaningful brand visibility and cultural relevance. The role also acts as a knowledgeable counterpart to agencies, holding them accountable through informed feedback, structured planning, and clear performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Press & Media Relations (UK + USA)
Build and maintain direct relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, and media houses across both UK and US publications
Proactively pitch brand stories, product launches, seasonal narratives, and cultural moments tailored to each market
Coordinate press releases, editorial calendars, and sample requests aligned with campaign timelines across geographies
Attend or coordinate attendance at media previews, press days, trade shows, and brand events in both markets
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
Identify and evaluate influencers aligned with brand positioning and audience segments in UK and USA
Develop seeding calendars and paid partnership plans tied to campaign and product launches
Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and timelines while ensuring premium and brand-safe collaborations
Track influencer performance metrics market-wise and optimise future selections and formats
Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
Scout and evaluate collaboration opportunities across designers, retailers, hospitality, cultural institutions, and lifestyle brands in both regions
Lead early-stage conversations, feasibility assessments, and concept framing
Coordinate internal approvals and cross-team alignment for execution
Agency Management & Accountability
Act as primary day-to-day contact for PR and influencer agencies across UK and USA
Review agency proposals, influencer shortlists, and reports with an informed and critical lens
Hold agencies accountable for timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
Provide structured briefs and feedback to ensure alignment with brand and commercial objectives
Event & Relationship Building
Represent the brand at launches, previews, exhibitions, and networking events
Host or co-host press and influencer events ensuring premium brand experience
Maintain ongoing informal touchpoints with key media and creators to deepen long-term goodwill
Planning, Tracking & Reporting
Maintain bi-market PR calendars, influencer trackers, and collaboration pipelines
Measure earned media value, reach, engagement, and qualitative brand impact separately for UK and USA
Share regular insights and recommendations with marketing, creative, and leadership teams
Skills & Experience
4–7 years of experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, or Communications ideally FOR A PREMIUM GLOBAL BRAND
Demonstrated experience handling multi-market or international PR scope
Proven ability to manage agencies while also building direct press and influencer relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in external conversations
Cultural awareness and understanding of premium or lifestyle consumer brands
Negotiation, stakeholder management, and event representation skills
Organisational strength in managing calendars, samples, and timelines across geographies
Familiarity with influencer analytics, media monitoring, and reporting tools is a plus
Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, and Sales
