MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Stockton area. MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in warehousing The Job You'll Do: Carry out general warehouse operations, including FLT driving, stock movements, palletising, picking, and handballing. Receive and unload incoming goods and components safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation and stock records at all times. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and report discrepancies. Ensure correct handling, return, and storage of materials. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health & safety awareness within the warehouse. Update and manage warehouse stock systems (Dispatcher and internal software). Assist with deliveries and collections using company vehicles when required. Report any operational issues or problems to the Team Leader or Operations Manager. Support the wider team and perform any reasonable tasks as directed. About You: Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills. Understanding of warehouse operations and stock control processes. Knowledge of Dispatcher System applications, MHE, and product handling preferred. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Good standard of education. FLT licence required (Flexi licence preferred). Suitable warehousing or storage qualification desirable. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment essential. Benefits and Rewards.
