Job description
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate who vapes to join our team and provide excellent service to our retail and online customers. The goal is to provide unrivalled customer service, operational excellence and to participate into the company's Continuous Improvement strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
Duties include:
* Ascertain customers' needs and advising on our products and services.
* Conducting customer transactions and achieving high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves and assisting with cross store stock transfers.
* Picking and packing orders for deliveries and collections.
* Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
* Using point-of-sale, payment systems and customer reward systems.
* Keeping up to date with product information.
* Adhering to all companies' policies and procedures and CI initiatives / trials.
* Handling complaints or forwarding issues to Management.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the below is preferable although training will be provided:
* Retail sales record.
* Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles and practices.
* Customer service focused, friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
* Comfortable with systems and accurately handling computer and store admin tasks
* Work as a team player.
* Ability to adapt with real constant change and learn quickly.
* Organisational skills and attention to detail.
