JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently recruiting Trainee Poker Dealers to join the next Training School at Genting Casino Stratford.
You will start your career by completing our in house training which will teach you all the foundation skills needed to be successful in this fantastic role and get paid!
This role will require excellent customer service skills, acknowledgement and understanding of customers’ needs and being an effective team player. No previous experience is required!
Key Competencies:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Acknowledgment and understanding of customers’ needs
• Ensuring that game commentary is clear and company procedures are adhered to
• Calculate pay-outs to winners and ensure full control of your game
Requirements:
• Must be flexible with shifts; able to work night shifts and weekends
• Full-time and part-time applications welcome, however must be able to work full-time during the 4 weeks training school
• Basic level maths required
• Positive attitude, high standards of presentation, and good customer service skills
• Please note, applicants must be over the age of 18 and have the right to work in the UK
