An established and well-respected law firm is looking for a driven and experienced Clinical Negligence Litigation Executive to join its expanding team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex and high-impact clinical negligence claims while developing your legal career in a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims from instruction through to settlement or trial.
* Undertake legal research, review medical records, and gather supporting evidence.
* Instruct medical experts and counsel where appropriate.
* Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients throughout the claims process.
* Negotiate settlements and prepare litigation documentation when required.
* Represent clients at interlocutory hearings where appropriate.
About You
* Proven experience in managing clinical negligence or personal injury claims (litigated and non-litigated).
* Strong understanding of clinical negligence law and civil procedure rules.
* Excellent case management, negotiation, and client care skills.
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
* Legal Executive qualification (CILEx) or equivalent experience is desirable.
