We are seeking an experienced finance leader to help shape a disciplined financial foundation during our early growth stage.
Role Description
This is a fractional leadership role working directly with the Founder and senior advisors.
The Fractional CFO will help design NKISI’s financial architecture, capital readiness and governance framework, while supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Build financial models, forecasts and growth scenarios
* Prepare investor-ready financial materials
* Support fundraising, capital strategy and lender/investor discussions
* Establish budgeting, controls and reporting frameworks
* Advise on corporate structure, cash planning and risk management
* Support strategic partnerships, transactions and expansion planning
Qualifications
* Senior CFO / Finance Director / Corporate Finance leadership experience
* Strong background in fundraising, FP&A, modelling or investment finance
* Experience with startups, growth companies or complex businesses preferred
* Excellent commercial judgement and communication skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in evolving environments
* Sector exposure to energy, infrastructure, investment or industrial markets is beneficial
Structure & Compensation
Flexible structure: retainer / day rate / project basis / equity-aligned for the right candidate.
Location
London preferred. Remote / international candidates considered.
