We have an exciting role on offer within our Community Learning service as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal and IT skills and with an interest in gaining experience of working in a frontline reception area. Middlesbrough Community Learning (MCL) is a service provided by Middlesbrough Council that offers high-quality educational opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. It serves as a central hub for the local community, aiming to improve lives through learning and personal development. The successful applicant will: Receive training in a variety of administrative duties which include reception duties, dealing with internal and external customers any other general admin tasks. Book meetings, arrange hospitality etc. Have a responsibility to report and record Health & Safety issues/Safeguarding incidents. Communication and teamwork are essential parts of the role. Be responsible for the admin office and organise and maintain all consumable requirements. Support the delivery of all programmes within Lingfield. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Support team. This is a rewarding role working as part of a friendly team in a busy environment. The focus is to provide support to both internal and external customers. You will gain experience in offering Information, advice and guidance and carrying out all other administrative duties all in accordance with the MBC values.
