This warehouse supports the cardboard and plastic recycling process for one of the leading grocery supermarkets, Morrison. The site is a fast paced, diverse environment with plenty of development opportunities available. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis ,on an any 5 days out of 7 pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00. Choose what suits you best! Pay, benefits and more: Hourly rate of £12.21 10% premium for hours worked between 17:00 and 20:00 20% premium for hours worked between 20:00 and 22:00 Overtime is paid at a rate of 1.25x for hours worked beyond 48 per week. What you will do on a typical day: Accurately and safely load and unload vehicles with all customer equipment and waste arriving at the site Safely and efficiently bale cardboard and plastic waste Ensure a hazard-free zone by guaranteeing that all work areas are kept clean and tidy Undertake any other duties commensurate with the position as designated by the line manager What you need to succeed at GXO: No experience necessary were happy to train you!
