Location: Fawley
Contract: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
Salary: £28,475 per annum/£13.69 per hour + Bonus

Your Role
* Create stimulating, age-appropriate activities and environments
* Support children’s development across all areas
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
* Build strong relationships with children and families through the key person approach
* Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture
* Stay up to date with EYFS and nursery policies through regular meetings
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
* Fluent English – Written and spoken
* 1+ Year Early Years Experience – Desirable
* EYFS Knowledge – Desirable
