Role: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Gatwick
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Engineer and if successful, you will be joining a leading Facilities and Maintenance provider.
Duties
* Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of Mechanical equipment and services
* Conducting routine inspections
* Performing repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
* Document the completed works
* Ensure all work is carried out to the programme, in line with site and company policies
* Adhere to strict health and safety at all times
* Support the wider engineering and FM teams
What are they looking for?
* Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance role
* Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications
* Strong understanding of health and safety practices and compliance
* Ability to work independently on a static site, with excellent problem:solving skills
* Good communication skills and a professional, client:facing manner
