You’ll play a vital role in helping us attract more customers through digital channels. In a typical week you’ll build and maintain website content, run website experiments using cutting-edge software, work on performance reporting, and have a significant impact on our sales performance by managing our affiliates channel. You will also get to work on digital marketing strategy and tactics, helping us to hit our sales figures and website KPIs. As well as a great suite of tools including Optimizely and Hotjar, you’ll work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, UX Designer, marketing agency, and the rest of the marketing team. Note, this is a hybrid role, with 2 to 3 days per week based out of our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxon. We are looking for someone with proven digital marketing experience, ideally from a client-side organisation of a similar or larger size. You’ll be results-driven and used to using data to look for opportunities that can lead to measurable success. You wull be able to handle data from different sources easily, and ideally be qualified in GA4. You will bring an eye for detail and the drive to take on projects, with support from experienced colleagues. You will further learn and understand digital channels and how to get the most out of them, ultimately helping us to maximise our online sales and registrations.
