ABOUT US
Safe Haven Bolton is a new community mental health service working to improve the quality of life for clients with diagnosed mental health needs. Using the recovery model within the support we provide; staff work collaboratively with a wide range of community resources to ensure that all clients have access to the appropriate activities and opportunities to help improve the quality of daily living and support their ongoing mental health recovery.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Safe Haven Bolton is recruiting a new staff team whose challenge will be to:
§ Provide high quality support to clients within their homes and local communities.
§ Build positive relationships with multidisciplinary organisations and ensure that data entry onto our reporting system is accurate and timely.
§ Motivate clients to improve their quality of living by supporting them to access new opportunities and make positive changes in their daily lives.
ABOUT YOU
· You will have a good understanding of recovery and co-production in the field of mental health.
· You will need to be a great listener, with a flexible approach and a flair for planning and prioritising a busy workload.
· You will need to have the ability to manage conflicting demands and priorities, whilst having a flexible attitude to working hours.
· You will enjoy motivating and engaging people in a range of developmental interventions and activities.
· What's more, you'll have an excellent understanding of mental health issues, including how they affect individuals and their loved ones.
