This is a senior leadership role for a candidate who is not content with maintaining the status quo, but is motivated to take a £12m turnover business and double it. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new workstreams, building the team to meet growing demand, and developing key client relationships across the rail sector. You will be working closely with the Rail Director and Project Managers in the region, with full autonomy and flexible working conditions. It is important that you have great networking skills.
