Overview
Care Assistant (Nights) position providing personal care to residents, supporting bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, and helping residents enjoy life in a welcoming home. You will build meaningful relationships by understanding residents’ likes, dislikes, and needs.
As part of a lively and supportive team, you will contribute to a friendly working environment where residents and staff alike thrive.
Responsibilities
* Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, accurately maintaining records for both.
* Monitor residents’ physical and mental well-being and respond appropriately.
* Help maintain high standards by keeping the residents’ home clean and safe.
