Senior Associate - Property Litigation | Leeds | Hybrid
We're working with a leading national firm looking to appoint a Senior Associate (around 4-6 PQE) to their expanding Property Litigation team in Leeds.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join the Leeds base of one of the UK's most respected real estate litigation practices, known for its work with high-profile public sector and not-for-profit organisations across health, housing, and local government. The team's work genuinely makes a difference - and they're looking for someone who shares that sense of purpose.
The role
You’ll handle a diverse caseload of property disputes and advisory matters, with examples including:
* Lease renewals and 1954 Act issues
* Restrictive covenants and easements
* Partnership and GP premises disputes
* Possession and 'bed blocker' cases
* Break notices, dilapidations, and estate reorganisations
* Judicial reviews and development-related challenges

Who we’re looking for
You’ll bring strong property litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, down‑to‑earth approach. Public sector or partnership dispute experience would be a bonus, but enthusiasm and sound judgement are what really count.
