In this role, you’ll lead the reward and compensation strategic agenda across all Business Units, thrive on the opportunity to deliver multiple, tailored business solutions, and utilise your creativity and ability to navigate an evolving culture to deliver a leading-edge reward strategy.
You’ll work in collaboration with the Head of People and Senior People Business Partners to deliver an integrated approach to reward and compensation that ensures competitiveness, equity, enhances employee engagement, and enables an increase in overall Company performance.

Internal: The People Team and all Berry Bros. & Rudd employees
External: 3rd party brokers, payroll and benefits providers
What you will do
Reward:
1. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of the full reward cycle, providing both strategic direction and operational delivery.
2. End-to-end management of the reward cycle, including annual pay review, bonus and benefits
3. Review and development of reward frameworks, policies and processes
4. Support for the Remuneration Committee - salary benchmarking, job grading and commission.
5. Benchmarking and market analysis to support competitive and compliant reward practices
6. Lead the benefits annual review and rebroking activity
7. Prepare and complete the annual Gender Pay Gap Report
8. Issue Annual Total Rewards statements to all colleagues
9. Responsible for the administration of all pension schemes
10. Ownership of initiatives to promote our benefits offering
11. Lead on/or support wellbeing initiatives.
Compensation:
12. Oversight and management of payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery (UK, Asia, France and USA)
13. Ensuring reward and payroll practices align with current legislation and best practice
14. Ensure compliance with all statutory payroll and benefits legislation
15. Ensure that timely information is available for the people team related to compensation and reward
16. Create and provide reports and data for in-house and external parties.
17. Success Factors (HRIS) system ownership, overseeing updates and system developments, and ensuring quality of data
What you will bring to the role
Experience / Achievements
18. Solid and proven relevant experience and track record in Reward
19. Knowledge of Willis Tower Watson and Hays Methodologies will be essential, as well as an understanding of contemporary trends in benefits, pay equity, and incentive design, whilst also the ability to confidently influence decisions at senior levels.
20. Strong technical knowledge across compensation, benefits and payroll
21. Demonstrable ability in data manipulation and presentation, including payroll and benefits metrics

22. Highly numerate and will have strong & advanced Excel skills to interrogate data
23. Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability and confidence to present to large audiences and lead discussion with senior stakeholders
