We are recruiting for a Test and Release Manager to join our continually growing Projects team. Our brand-new offices are based at the i9 building in Wolverhampton and is an excellent location for transport links by car, bus, train and tram.
Role Responsibilities
* Manage and own the overall test and release framework which will cross all applications areas, data management and infrastructure readiness and resilience.
* Manage a team of two QA Testers and one Test and Release Analyst. Ensure that team members have the relevant skills and capability to support current and upcoming work, including prioritisation of work.
* Lead and manage multiple complex test plans with numerous testing resources across multiple teams.
* Produce detailed testing schedules and ensure all resources required, internal or external to complete testing are booked and available.
About You
The ideal candidate for the Test and Release Manager role is an experienced and strategic leader with a strong background in software testing, release management, and quality assurance. They will have proven expertise in managing manual and automated testing processes, ensuring that all releases meet quality, security, and performance standards.
