Your day-to-day responsibilities will be both dynamic and rewarding, including: • Supporting Learners with SEN: Work directly with students, offering one-on-one or small-group support to help them engage with the curriculum. You'll also encourage participation in sensory storytelling and other interactive learning methods. • Supporting Outdoor Activities: Assist students with farm-based learning and outdoor tasks – perfect for those who enjoy nature and want to contribute to a calm, structured environment. • Promoting Social Skills: Help students build emotional and social confidence through structured group work, as well as during lunchtime and break activities. • Working in Small Groups: Deliver or support small-group sessions focused on developing students’ academic, social, and practical skills. Who Are We Looking For?
