We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team based in Aberdeen. This role involves a mix of office and home working. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high-level administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for customers with issues, coordinating remedial works with purchasers and nominated trades.
Your duties will include receiving calls from customers about maintenance needs, recording contact history on Salesforce, and coordinating maintenance to ensure timely resolution. You will communicate progress to customers, take ownership of inquiries, prepare and process invoices and surveys, and escalate issues as needed to maintain customer satisfaction.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, be highly organized, IT literate, and capable of working under pressure while managing their workload flexibly. Experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence, assertiveness, and a professional demeanor. Experience in the housebuilding sector and understanding of the build process would be beneficial, given the role's interaction with maintenance and construction teams.
