Overview
Adecco have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our client who are the leading suppliers of industrial cleaning equipment.
The role includes demonstrating and installation of their products at client sites, staff training, and you will be working on customer sites throughout Aberdeen and North of Scotland, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate and install products at client sites and provide staff training.
* Work on customer sites across Aberdeen and the North of Scotland to ensure operations run smoothly.
* Complete repairs within contracted service level agreements and follow up by installing additional parts as needed.
* Perform Portable Appliance Tests (PAT) and carry out scheduled planned maintenance services.
* Maintain documentation: capture correct client data and update jobs in real time; provide accurate and detailed reports on every site visit.
* Order parts via the central database and manage van stock levels; uphold the condition of the company vehicle to a high standard.

* Strong time management, prioritisation, and deadline adherence.
* Attention to detail to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed to a high standard.
* Adaptability to different work environments and equipment; collaborative approach to teamwork.
