Commercial Property Paralegal Sheffield Salary: From £25,000 An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a well-established and award-winning law firm at their Sheffield office. This role would suit an experienced Commercial Property Assistant or Paralegal who is confident supporting commercial property matters and is looking to develop their career within a reputable and supportive firm. About the Role You will be a key member of a friendly and collaborative Commercial Property team, providing essential support on commercial property matters from instruction through to completion. Working closely with experienced fee earners, you will assist on a varied caseload and gain exposure to a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, renewals, and landlord and tenant matters. This is an office-based position, offering the opportunity to benefit from hands-on training, day-to-day support, and close collaboration with colleagues. The firm is committed to developing its people and provides a strong platform for long-term progression within commercial property. Key Responsibilities Supporting commercial property files from instruction through to completion Preparing and drafting legal documentation, contracts, leases, and correspondence Conducting title investigations, property searches, and dealing with Land Registry requirements Assisting with lease agreements, licences, assignments, and renewals Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards Providing a high level of client care and clear, timely communication Using case management systems to manage files efficiently Assisting fee earners to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently About You We welcome applications from candidates who: Have experience working within commercial property, ideally as a Paralegal or Commercial Property Assistant Are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Have strong communication skills and are confident dealing with clients and third parties Possess excellent attention to detail Are comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team Have good IT skills and experience using case management systems Are committed to delivering excellent client service Why This Role?
