Risk & Safer Gambling Executive - Nights

Our Risk Nights Team ensure we can be there for our customers at all times. This includes doing everything we can to protect our customers and business from Fraud related activity.
What you'll do
1. Undertake thorough and accurate risk assessment when customers trigger on internal controls and offer appropriate support to the customer
2. Discuss account activity directly with customers, both by phone or Chat/Social
3. Proactively identify unusual and potential fraudulent behaviours and undertake the appropriate escalations
4. Respond to internal referrals and provide suitable advice and guidance as a subject matter expert in all things Safer Gambling
5. Performing reporting and administrative duties as directed by the Risk Team Managers and/or Operations Managers
How you’ll do it
6. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
7. The ability to digest information and present findings in a clear and concise way
8. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively manage your own workload, with relevant support from the Risk Team Manager and your peers
9. A confident and clear telephone manner with the ability to discuss sensitive topics and agree corrective actions with customers
10. Experience of working in a Risk focused environment

11. Shifts - Nights - The shift pattern will consist of four nights on and four nights off. This is a 10.5 hour (including lunch break) shift falling between the hours of 5pm and 7am
12. Training - Approx 5 weeks - this will be largely office based and take place during the day. Please ensure you live within a commutable distance to our Leeds office.
13. Contract - Full time, Permanent
