Reporting to the Warehouse and Sterilisation Leader, you will be the driving force behind internal material flow and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role within a medical device manufacturing environment where precision and quality are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Material Flow: Oversee the movement of materials to ensure pinpoint accuracy and just‑in‑time delivery to production lines.
* Lean Leadership: Implement and manage systems to streamline handling and eliminate waste.
* Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen initiatives and use data analytics to identify trends, reduce costs, and sharpen operational performance.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure logistics are perfectly aligned with broader business goals.
* Mentorship: Act as a subject‑matter expert, training and mentoring team members on logistics best practices.

* A degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
* Proven track record in internal logistics within a manufacturing environment (Medical Device experience is a significant plus).
* Deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and hands‑on experience implementing Mizusumashi systems.
* Proficient in ERP systems, inventory management software, and advanced data analytics.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead change.
