A national law firm with a strong local presence is seeking an experienced Associate Private Client Solicitor to join its Private Client team in Birmingham. This key role involves advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, succession planning and tax planning. The position also contributes to the continued growth of the firm's private client offering across the Midlands. The Private Client team handles a busy and high-quality caseload, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to step straight into a varied and rewarding workload. The team operates across multiple offices and forms part of a strong national practice recognised in the Legal 500 for excellence in private client services. The role As a Private Client Solicitor within this team you will work closely with an expert partner and receive significant firmwide support to develop your practice and further enhance your expertise. You will manage complex wills, lifetime trusts, deeds of variation, powers of attorney and estate administration. The role includes collaborating with colleagues across teams and liaising with external professionals to provide a seamless client experience. About you You will have strong experience in advising, implementing and managing complex private client matters. STEP qualification or working towards it is advantageous but not essential.
