As a market-leading specialist in R&D Tax credit claims, we are expanding our internal sales team due to an exciting growth phase.
We are seeking individuals with at least 1 year’s experience in R&D at a “sales/BD Executive” level to join our Bolton office. If you are a top performer seeking new challenges, with the desire to move beyond lead generation to closing your own deals, we want to hear from you!
Requirements include 2+ years’ experience with at least 6-12 months in closing & negotiating.
The Role
We are onboarding individuals capable of managing our 360-business development process. You will prospect and onboard new clients across the UK, discussing their R&D rebate eligibility. Responsibilities include managing your diary, qualifying prospects, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
As an experienced lead generator/BD executive, you should be comfortable speaking with 150-200 people daily, winning over gatekeepers, extracting relevant information, and securing meetings.

This role offers scope for rapid progression into a Senior Business Development Executive or Manager position. Come in, excel, and the sky’s the limit!
A Bit About You
Experience in a similar role is preferred, but we also consider driven, motivated individuals with big ambitions and a desire to earn more. We are interested in candidates with a background in R&D or professional services sales, but full training will be provided.

* Thrive in a fast-paced, demanding office environment, enjoy collaboration, and are ambitious to progress in sales.
* Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability for conversation and rapport building.
* Pay strong attention to detail, as accuracy is essential.
* Have a background in lead generation or appointment setting, with a goal to move into technical sales within 12 months.
