Electrical Supervisor : M and E Contractor
Salary: GBP 44,000 per annum + company van provided

We are working with a leading Mechanical and Electrical (M and E) contractor known for delivering high:quality projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing on:site electrical works, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing a team of electricians. You'll act as the point of contact between site teams, project managers, and clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
: Supervise and coordinate the electrical team on site.
: Ensure work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
: Plan and schedule electrical installation work.
: Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
: Conduct quality checks and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within M and E contracting.
: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
: Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications (e.g., 18th Edition, ECS card).
: Full UK driving licence (van provided).
