What you'll bring
* Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
* Experience working in a bar environment with freshly made food and drink preparation
* Familiarity with managing through KPIs and making decisions considering labour, stock, food safety, customer sentiment, and brand standards within a budget
* Experience in training and recruiting front-of-house teams, including servers and assistant managers
* Preferably some back-of-house experience and an understanding of kitchen operations and team dynamics
