WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Manage and develop customers with focus on installers, house builders, wholesalers, and distributors, with accordance to the sales strategy to achieve the business plan.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
3. Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget.
4. Develop new customers, accounts and projects with accordance to the business plan for the assigned sales area.
5. Propose and realize all necessary activities to achieve the sales targets in cooperation with internal and external partners.
6. Collaborate closely with the spec team and KA team in order to ensure that their specifications are sold successfully.
7. Feedback the market information (product/price/channel/projects) to the management on a regular basis and create corresponding reports if requested.
8. Achieve KPI's and targets in the scope defined by the company CAC sales, ProPartners development, KA Development, Spec-in Sale)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to help businesses move to energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions like heat pumps and air conditioning systems.
You should have:
9. HVAC Experience: Worked in the industry, selling heat pumps, air conditioning units, or similar products.
10. UK Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the UK HVAC market, key players, and regulations.
11. B2B Sales Skills: Able to build strong relationships with installers, contractors, distributors, M&E contractors, and house builders.
12. Technical Know-How: Understand HVAC products and how they are used.
13. Commercial Skills: Spot opportunities, negotiate deals, and grow sales.
14. Planning & Analysis: Use proven methods to plan and solve problems.
15. Regulatory Awareness: Know how laws and regulations affect the business.
16. Strong Communication: Excellent at influencing and negotiating.
17. Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role; B2B business development experience is a plus.
18. Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
